During this 2-hour recorded training, you’ll gain the essential knowledge, tools, and ready-to-use materials to upgrade your coaching around menopause. Menopause Matters is designed to inspire and inform coaches, building the confidence, practical skills, and resources needed to coach individuals and groups around menopause. The training provides 2 CEs (NBHWC) and includes turnkey presentation, pitch, and marketing materials so you can immediately apply what you learn in your coaching practice. This integrated program enables you to move from understanding to action — without additional levels or add-ons.
Ellen is an economist and Certified Workplace Wellness Consultant working in Switzerland and the United States. She holds a master’s degree in Workplace Wellness and Health and Wellness Coaching, is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), and a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC).
Educated in the United States, Ellen has lived in Switzerland for nearly 40 years. After a decade in the finance industry, she made a personal lifestyle shift and has dedicated more than 25 years to advancing workplace well-being.
Over the past five years, Ellen has trained more than 1,000 coaches globally, equipping them to work ethically and effectively in workplace health, well-being, and life-stage transitions.
She has supported dozens of organizations in understanding, assessing, and implementing holistic well-being strategies that sustainably improve both employee health and organizational performance.
Most recently, Ellen’s work focuses on the aging workforce, with particular emphasis on menopause and andropause awareness in the workplace and on supporting organizations and employees aged 50+. Her recently released book, Wake-Up, Shake-Up, Thrive!, explores why and how organizations must actively address this demographic shift today.
