I’m Ellen Kocher, a Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC), National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC), and Workplace Wellness Consultant dedicated to fostering resilience and holistic well-being. With a Master's degree in Health and Wellness Coaching and over 20 years of experience, I specialize in empowering individuals and organizations to prevent burnout, promote balance, and achieve sustainable lifestyle changes.

My career began in finance, where I spent over a decade as a Senior Consultant in high-pressure environments. This firsthand experience with the challenges of demanding work inspired me to transform my own health through nutrition and lifestyle adjustments. That journey ignited my passion for helping others navigate stress, improve vitality, and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of individuals and groups in global organizations, guiding them from simply "knowing" what to do to actually implementing tangible, lasting changes. My holistic approach to burnout prevention integrates evidence-based practices in work-life balance, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, tech-life balance, and self-care, tailored to the unique demands of today’s workplace.

As someone who is bilingual in English and French and conversational in German and Italian, I thrive in multicultural environments. Having lived in Switzerland for nearly 40 years, I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of the nuances of workplace well-being.
