Simple Process for Signing the SilverWorks Charter

What’s Next?

  1. Download the Charter
    Click the link below to download the SilverWorks Charter. This document outlines your organization’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for employees aged 50+.

  2. Submit the Annual Fee
    To activate your membership, please create an account to pay the annual fee ($500) for the first year of your commitment. This fee ensures that your organization remains a vital part of our community and gains access to exclusive benefits and resources.

  3. Sign and Return the Charter
    Once the payment is complete, sign the charter and send it back to us at hello@silverworks.ch. Your organization will then be recognized as an official member of the SilverWorks community for one year.

Note: Your membership will be valid for one year, with annual renewals required to maintain your status as a signatory.

Logo Placement

The organization's logo can be prominently displayed on the Charter's webpage, showcasing their support for age diversity and inclusion to website visitors

Frame-Ready Charter

The organization will receive a designed copy of the signed Charter to display in their office as a symbol of their commitment to inclusion and respect in the workforce.

Letter of Recognition

Each signing organization will receive an official letter of recognition from SilverWorks founders for their commitment to age diversity and inclusion, suitable for framing and display.

Networking Opportunities

Training Workshops
